By accessing or using our services, including our website and Google Sheets widget tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 6. Google Account Integration
Our Services require access to your Google account and Google Sheets data. By using our Services, you authorize us to access your Google account information and Google Sheets data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your Google account from our Services, which may limit or terminate your ability to use our Services.
7. Use of Services
Permitted Use: You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, or that infringes upon the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to:
- Publishing any material from our Services in any other media without our consent.
- Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any material from our Services.

We process data from your Google Sheets to provide widget functionality. We do not permanently store the content of your spreadsheets on our servers except where temporarily necessary to provide the service. You retain all rights to your Google Sheets data.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content and materials included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sheets Widget or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

11. Your Content

By using our Services, you grant Sheets Widget a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights. Sheets Widget reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from our Services at any time without notice.
12. No Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is," with all faults, and we express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to our Services or the materials contained therein. Also, nothing contained on our Services shall be interpreted as advising you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheets Widget and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.
- The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
14. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Sheets Widget from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
16. Variation of Terms
Sheets Widget is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using our Services, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
17. Assignment
Sheets Widget is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Sheets Widget and you in relation to your use of our Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong for the resolution of any disputes.
20. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other online payment methods as specified on our website.
Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
Late Payments: If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until all outstanding payments are made.
21. Refund Policy
We allow refunds within 3 days of purchase if you have not used the product. For a refund, send a request to team@beno.one. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
22. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
